Terms of Service

Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Klinically platform ("Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (or the business you represent) and Klinically ("we", "us", "our"), operating at klinically.net.

The service

Klinically is an AI-powered local presence automation platform. It generates compliance-checked social media content, Google Business Profile posts, and client emails; provides review acquisition tooling (including QR codes); and offers Google Business Profile health scoring and geo-grid rank tracking. Features are enabled by subscription tier and business vertical. Klinically is a product of Craftlabs Solutions, a company registered in India.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We will not reduce core functionality during an active paid subscription period without offering a pro-rated refund or credit.

Your account

You must provide accurate, current information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Accounts are for individual businesses. You may not share your account across multiple distinct businesses or resell access to the platform without our written consent.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to enter into contracts on behalf of the business you register.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Publish content that is false, misleading, defamatory, harassing, or infringes any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract any part of the platform or its AI models.
• Use automated tools to access the Service beyond the published API (if any) without our consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its infrastructure.

AI-generated content

The Service uses large language models (Google Gemini) to generate social media posts, Google Business Profile updates, and email copy. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your specific circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing all content before publishing.
• Compliance rules injected into prompts are designed to assist but do not constitute legal advice. You remain responsible for ensuring all published content meets applicable regulatory requirements in your jurisdiction.
• You own the output content generated by the platform using your business data, subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers.
• We do not guarantee that AI-generated images or text will be free from copyright claims by third parties.

Payment and subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via our payment processor. Current pricing is displayed at klinically.net/pricing. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We do not prorate partial months for monthly plans; annual plans are subject to the Refund Policy at klinically.net/refunds.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes do not apply to the current billing period.

Intellectual property

The Klinically platform, its UI, branding, and underlying technology are owned by us and protected by international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works of the platform.

You retain ownership of your business data and the content generated by the platform using your data. By using the Service you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use your data to operate and improve the platform, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Liability and disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and conditions.

Subject to the above, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss (including loss of revenue, loss of data, or reputational harm) arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. We will provide notice where reasonably practicable.

You may terminate your account at any time via account settings. On termination, your data will be retained for 90 days as described in the Privacy Policy, then deleted.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. We aim to resolve all issues through good-faith communication first — please email us at support@mail.klinically.net before initiating any formal proceedings.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised "Last updated" date and notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
